BERMO Inc. offers Rapid Prototyping, Metal Fabrication, Metal Stamping, Welding, Hand Assembly, Hardware Insertion, and even has a full in-house Tool Department all in one location. BERMO Inc. is ISO 9001:2015 certified and employs over 200 people at its 300,000 square-foot facility in Minneapolis.
Goal:
Bermo had a 300,000 square-foot facility that was in need a full-scale lighting overhaul. They had a mix of fluorescent strip fixtures at varying mounting heights that were not properly lighting the task they were intended to and were failing over time.

Results:
Premier completed redesigned the lighting at the facility which included new LED highbay fixtures, new LED strip and wrap fixtures, new LED direct/indirect layin troffers, LED recessed cans and all new exterior LED fixtures. Light levels improved vastly along with a 66% energy reduction, saving $150K per year on energy with a payback less than 2 years.
