High Ceiling Church LED Lighting Solution

LED lighting churches high ceilings

Anyone familiar with sanctuary lighting at a church is aware of the variables that can make it a tough application. Accessing the lighting high above is not only difficult but a tenuous situation for maintenance personnel. Gigantic lifts need to be hauled in and many times even the pews need to be moved. This takes time and in turn more money. On top of that, lighting maintenance at churches is often done by volunteers who may be limited in availability and/or skill.

This is where commercial grade light bulbs with a long-life span provide extra value. The type of maintenance mentioned above is costly and dangerous, so when a church does have to replace that lighting it makes sense to put up long-lasting bulbs to ensure the process isn’t a yearly event. Lighting that close to the ceiling also requires high lumen capability for the necessary foot candles below. Dimming functionality is also a pretty standard need in this scenario. All of this adds up to an expensive light bulb for the job.

Having worked with hundreds of churches around the country, we have been able to construct lighting solutions that alleviate many of the common issues churches face with their lighting. These aren’t simple straight forward retrofits but rather custom LED solutions specifically designed for high ceiling church applications.

Specifically we have LED replacements for:

300 Watt PAR56 plug in lamp
300 Watt PAR56
500 Watt PAR64
500 Watt PAR64
250W JD250MC
250 Watt E11 Base JD250MC (mini candelabra)
JD250DC 250W
JD250DC
JD500DC
JD500DC
JD500MC 500W
500 Watt E11 Base JD500MC (mini candelabra)

LED replacements for the high-wattage light bulbs above are impossible to find on the market as a standalone, hence our need for custom-designed LED replacement solutions.
