  2. What would be the cost to change out T8’s for LED’s in dormitory corridors and stair wells at a University Dorm about 50,000 sf of space? Using both 24 inch and 48 inch evenly mixed tubes and union labor/prevailing wage rates in the Northeast? I am trying to do a budget for borrowing funds. Thanks.
