Install is simple; no complicated rewiring necessary as it screws into the existing fixture and reuses the ballast. Lamp can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Over 55% in energy savings as well as better light quality and 2.5x longer lifespan (50,000 hours vs. 20,000 hours). Environmentally friendly lamp that is RoHS compliant and contains no mercury or lead.

  2. Interested in replacing our tennis courts lights in our neighborhood with these, currently in aluminum cone type housing …with external ballast..Would these be suitable for tennis courts, or is there a bulb that works better?
